2.1 Pre-paid Treatment Packages

  • Cancellation Before Commencement: Patients who cancel their pre-paid treatment package before the first session can request a full refund.
  • Cancellation After Commencement: No Refunds.

2.2 Single Sessions

  • Missed Appointments: No refund will be provided for missed appointments unless the hospital is notified at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Products

3.1 Medical Supplies and Equipment

  • Unused Products: Patients may return unused medical supplies and equipment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Defective Products: Defective products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

4. Procedure for Refund Requests

4.1 Service Refunds

  • Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the reception or via email to friendsphysio@gmail.com
  • Review: All refund requests will be reviewed by the hospital management. The patient will be informed of the decision within 7 working days.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the patient.

4.2 Product Refunds

  • Return Submission: Products must be returned to the hospital reception along with the original receipt.
  • Review: The product will be inspected, and if the return is approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Processing: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the patient.

5. Exceptions

  • Customized Products: No refunds will be provided for customized medical supplies or equipment unless they are defective.
  • Promotional Items: Products or services purchased as part of a promotion may not be eligible for a refund.
